Please answer the questions on the following page as completely as possible. Please help us help you by provide as much accurate information as possible, this will help us expedite your appraisal with the best results possible. Please note the following when requesting an appraisal:
** All appraisals are COD at the time of inspection. We accept cash, cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks. or we accept Mastercard or Visa for an additional fee prior to going to the inspection. Just give us a call with your credit information.
** Please fax the following the information to our office @ (949) 548-9960, as soon as possible.
If this transaction is for a purchase, we will need the following documents:
> "Purchase Contract" between Buyer and Seller
> Loan Approval
** We can do an appraisal on a home that is not yet at the site or is not completely set-up ready for move in, however we must have the following information prior to doing the appraisal: (An additional fee will be charged if a final re-inspection is required)
> Factory Order
> Factory Floor Plan
> Standard Features (Literature)
> Exterior Accessories List to include materials used & sizes of: carports, porches, awnings, A/C, Etc.
