We searched for several months to find an appraiser that could tell us how much our manufactured home is worth. We were turned down several times by other appraisers, then we finally found you. As we came to learn. appraising a manufactured home in a park is much different that that of real estate. We are happy to know that our manufactured home is worth much more than we had thought. We are now finally ready to sell our manufactured home and will ask the true value which is much higher than the selling price suggested by the realtor.

I love that I could order my appraisal right on your web site. It sure made it easy. The only thing I would change is possibly making the letters bigger on the appraisal form, some words were hard to read.
I want to first say that I am sorry for losing my cool with you. When the appraisal came back $20,000 under the selling price I thought it must be your error. After talking with the park manger, who knows you by the way, I discovered that you were correct and the home was over priced. As you might of guessed, I am not going to buy this home, but I will use your appraisal service for the next home I find.
Just a quick thank you for your honesty and professionalism on the mobile home appraisal. Your inspector found things that needed to be repaired that were not disclosed to me by the seller. The cost of these repairs would have been more money out of pocket than I could afford at the time.
